Made with big slices of cracked-wheat sourdough, toasted on our sandwich grill, and served with a side of organic green salad and corn chips.

Turkey & Brie Cheese
Brie is a soft, white French cheese which releases its full flavor quite deliciously as it melts inside this sandwich, which also features honey mustard and mayo.
Ham & Gouda Cheese
Gouda is a Dutch cheese (pronounced “Howda!” – really) which tastes a bit like a slightly smoky cheddar. It tastes really good with ham, not to mention the mayo and stone-ground mustard we spread on this one.
Bacon Lettuce & Tomato/Bacon, Spinach & Tomato
We make a darn good BLT. ‘Nuff said.
Tuna Melt
Tuna, cheddar cheese, celery, a few red onions, mayo & mustard.
Grilled Veggies & Cheese
Plus may and stone-ground mustard.

Seasoned tempeh, carrots, red cabbage, onions and rice with garlic-ginger stir-fry sauce in a spinach tortilla.
The Italian Wrap
Italian sausage, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach with rice in a sun-dried tomato tortilla.
The Thai Wrap
Chicken or Tofu, cabbage, spinach, bell peppers and rice in our Thai peanut sauce.
